Project Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, responsible for communicating with them, gathering requirements, logging complaints, creating change request tickets, and training their team on how to use the software.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients
  • Communicate with clients to gather requirements and log complaints
  • Create and manage change request tickets
  • Train clients' teams on how to use the software
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget
  • Keep clients informed of project progress and provide status updates
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel to analyze data and create reports

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic Understanding & Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
  • Preferred experience as a Sales Analyst & Customer Services
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
