Full Stack Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer who thrives in modern JavaScript ecosystems. At Allomate Solutions, you will work on enterprise-grade applications across multiple domains, including SaaS platforms, CRMs, eCommerce, and large-scale distribution systems. This role requires deep knowledge of Node.js, NestJS, React, and microservices-based architectures, along with the ability to design systems that scale.

You will be responsible for developing new product features, designing APIs, optimizing performance, and ensuring that our applications are robust, secure, and reliable.

Key Responsibilities

System Design & Architecture

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable microservices using NestJS and Node.js.
• Architect APIs and services with a focus on reliability, modularity, and performance.
• Collaborate in designing event-driven systems and asynchronous workflows (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar).

Frontend Development

• Build high-performing React applications with reusable components and clean state management.
• Implement pixel-perfect, responsive UI based on Figma/Adobe XD designs.
• Optimize performance for web and mobile browsers.

Collaboration & Delivery

• Work closely with designers, QA engineers, and product managers to deliver features end-to-end.
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring best practices and clean coding standards.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to improving our development processes.

DevOps & Quality

• Integrate microservices into CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with QA to ensure automated and regression testing is aligned with product releases.
• Optimize backend queries and frontend rendering for performance at scale.

Requirements

Core Technical Skills

• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and NestJS for backend services.
• Proven experience building React applications with Redux or similar state management libraries.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs and GraphQL.
• Experience with relational (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
• Exposure to containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Architecture & Problem Solving
• Strong understanding of microservices design principles, distributed systems, and service-to-service communication.
• Knowledge of authentication and authorization strategies (JWT, OAuth2, etc.).
• Experience handling scalability, caching, and performance optimization.

Professional Experience

• At least 5 years of full stack development experience with Node.js/NestJS and React.
• Previous experience working in agile teams and delivering production-grade projects.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, cloud environments (AWS, DigitalOcean, or Azure), and CI/CD tools.
